Planzy 13 yaşından küçük kişilere yönelik değildir ve bilerek bu yaşın altındaki kişilerden hesap oluşturmasını veya veri toplamayı kabul etmeyiz. 13 yaşından küçük bir kullanıcının hesabı tespit edilirse kapatılır.
Kullanıcılar, uygulama içindeki "Bildir / Şikayet et" seçeneğiyle uygunsuz içeriği, kullanıcıyı veya çocuk güvenliğine ilişkin endişeleri doğrudan bize iletebilir. Bildirimler moderasyon ekibimize ulaşır ve öncelikli olarak incelenir. Ayrıca her zaman [email protected] adresinden de ihbarda bulunulabilir.
Tespit edilen çocuk cinsel istismarı materyalini ve ilgili olayları, yürürlükteki yasalara uygun olarak yetkili bölgesel ve ulusal makamlara (ör. ABD'de NCMEC ve Türkiye'deki yetkili merciler) bildiririz. Tüm ilgili çocuk güvenliği yasalarına uymayı taahhüt ederiz.

Planzy is a social event-planning app that helps you plan events with friends. We have a zero-tolerance policy toward the abuse and exploitation of children. This page describes our standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and our practices for preventing child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
Planzy is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly allow anyone under that age to create an account or collect data from them. If we identify an account belonging to a user under 13, it is closed.
Users can report inappropriate content, a user, or any child-safety concern directly to us via the in-app "Report" option. Reports reach our moderation team and are reviewed with priority. You can also always report to [email protected].
We report identified child sexual abuse material and related incidents to the appropriate regional and national authorities in accordance with applicable law (e.g. NCMEC in the US and the competent authorities in Türkiye). We are committed to complying with all applicable child-safety laws.
